DESCRIPTION
The Robuschi RBS is the innovative, positive displacement, rotary blower, especially designed for applications in ROBOX packages.
The blower features the special profile, three lobe rotors which, together with the new design LOW-PULSATION system, reduce residual pulsations of the conveyed gas to below 2% of the operating pressure. Oversized shafts allow for higher operating pressures and higher rotating speeds. Reinforced bearings, particularly the drive shaft bearing, are positioned closer to the rotor in order to cope with high V-belt drive loads.
Robuschi has developed the RBS series in order to offer new blowers with improved performances and longer life.
The “short machines” of the RBS series (sizes 35, 55, 75, 95, 115, 135 and 165) can operate at a differential pressure of 1000 mbar.
Thanks to the new design of the rotating parts, the RBS blower can offer higher efficiency and longer life: the bearings have been selected in order to grant a B10 (bearing life) of at least 100,000 hours in the worst working conditions.
